Where can I ask for LUIS*A?
Are you being harassed or bullied? Then ask for LUIS*A!
LUIS*A spots are evenly distributed throughout the university campus so that you have a LUIS*A spot nearby if you are in need of help. They are all marked with the same yellow sign (see photo on the right).
There are 29 permanent and 1 seasonal LUIS*A spot set up across campus. You can find all spots marked on this map or listed here.
Important note: The spots are intended as first points of contact and do not provide any advice. If necessary, you can obtain information about internal and external counseling centers.

Other central LUIS*A spots
- Studienabteilung (Academic Affairs) → Office hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–15:00 and Fri 07:30–12:00. If you need assistance, please knock loudly on the two glass doors and the staff will open the door for you. Alternatively, use the LUIS*A spots run by the team of 4students or the Zentrum Integriert Studieren (accessible by lift).
