What is LUIS*A on Campus?
A campaign against sexual harassment and violence on the campus of the University of Graz, which raises awareness, carries out preventive work and supports affected persons in acute situations.
Who can contact the LUIS*A spots?
All students, university employees and persons located on campus who have been affected by sexual harassment.
Where can you ask for LUIS*A?
Just ask the staff for LUIS*A at all LUIS*A spots established on campus. New spots will be opened continuously.
How do you recognise a LUIS*A spot?
All LUIS*A spots are consistently signposted.
What support can you expect at a LUIS*A spot?
You can expect trained staff who will help you in an acute situation, offer you a safe space, listen to you without bias and offer you suitable support options. You will not be left alone - if you wish, we can inform friends or family members. You will also be referred to appropriate counselling centres.
When will LUIS*A be expanded at the campus?
It is planned to establish more LUIS*A spots at the University of Graz at the beginning of the summer semester 2024. Our goal is to expand the LUIS*A network and thus offer a broad range of support on campus.
